The shop delivers the order information via a web service, which is read into a container in BC. After the container has been filled, a subsequent job is activated, which carries out a content check and, if the check is successful, generates a sales order.
If the content of the sales order is correct, BC transfers the data to an sales order document. The information can be read in the header, when and under which number the sales order was created.
If a sales order import is incorrect, it is marked with an error and an error text. The document can then be corrected in the container under the "Converted data" tab and then created manually.
