Webshop Channel Card

The webshop channel card provides information about the selected channel and selected options.

Important: The feature Activate new setup feature is activated autoamtically in version 24.0. As of version 22.5 it is possible to activate that feature manually, but that means, the setup data will be migrated to a new structure.

Webshop Channel Card General Overview

Webshop Channel Card Interface Overview

Enter an unique code of the webshop channel
Provide a description to make it easier to identify the different webshop channels.
Specify if items will be automatically released when activating "Webshop Item" on item card.
Choose if you wish to disallow the import or export of data
Choose Allow Contact Modification if changes may be made to contacts through this channel.
Select your Location Group Inventory Sale and Loc. Group Branch Inventory
Specify the Sales Location Code Webshop. When creating a sales order, this value will be used as "Location Code".
Choose an interface to process contact and document imports.
Choose the default template for creating contacts from import.
Specify how customers are created from a guest order. Select 'None' to only allow orders from registered customers.
Control if the availability of items is checked on import.
Control if the origin document no. will be used as internal document no.
Control if documents are released after creation.
