The item release can be started directly for an item on the item card.
At the same time an error log is written, which contains properties, that prevent the item from being released. This log can be opened by the item.
The detailed errors are listed here. This list can also be called up for all items via the role center.
The item or the variants of an item are generally checked separately for the channels. It can therefore happen that an item/a variant is enabled for some channels, but it is disabled for other ones.
The following tests are available in the BE-terna Commerce Interface Standard:
- description field is filled
- at least one assigned webshop category for the channel
- meta title in the languages defined for the channel
- short description in the languages defined for the channel
- long description in the languages defined for the channel
- prices for all variants in the price groups defined on the channel

In the Role Center a view can be calculated, in order to identify which item properties are missing. Therefore the channel and/ or the items can be restricted.
You can quickly get to the relevant item via the header.
The channels have the option of copying the properties to other, possibly newly created channels. A list opens in which the individual properties can be selected. The target channels can then be marked in a list. A confirmation on OK copies the properties.

The copy process starts with an confirmation on Yes.

A copy process can also be triggered on the properties of an item. The marked properties are respectively copied either on the item selection or within an item on a another channel. The options for Cross Selling and Free Text Attributes are similar to Dynamic Attributes.
